Kansas State Capitol Celebration

What:

Students, parents, and educators from across the Sunflower State will gather to celebrate school choice at the state capitol on Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024. More than 100 students are expected to attend to showcase their learning environment. The event will raise awareness of the K–12 education options for Kansas families, while providing an opportunity for community and state stakeholders to hear directly from families about how school choice has helped them learn and succeed. Hosted by the Kansas Policy Institute in collaboration with the National School Choice Awareness Foundation, the event will also include speakers and student tours of the capitol.
